Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
• Returns must be shipped back to us at your expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will provide a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges:

• If you need a different size or color, return the item and place a new order for faster processing.
